The Ibanez AZ2204NW Prestige is an electric guitar geared for performance where tonal flexibility is key. At the heart is a trio of Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups—two single coils and a humbucker—with a moderate output and clean voicing to reflect every nuance of your playing. A dyna-MIX 9 wiring system gives you nine tones to explore and includes a mini-switch to move between humbucker and single-coil sounds. From warm blues to shred-heavy metal riffs, the AZ2204NW Prestige has you covered. The alder body has a shallow back contour; a forearm contour on the front also contributes to playing comfort. With a deep waist and different radii on each body edge curve, the AZ2204NW Prestige is easy to play standing or sitting. Ibanez heats the roasted maple neck with its S Tech process to increase the stability, durability, water resistance and tolerance of temperature changes.
