14 Day Return Policy: All items must be returned in "Brand New" condition as received within 14 days of receipt. All guitars that are not in cases should be double boxed and well packed as originally shipped. All items that were originally shipped should be returned, ie...tags, tools, booklets, manuals, etc... Please contact us for all returns before shipping any product back. We can often resolve any issue without the hassle of a return. If items are defective we will provide you with a return label and an RMA #. Buyer pays return shipping on items returned because of preference. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All International transactions are final (No returns).
